Download the Academy app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up with your email address. Academy administrators can also invite you directly to their academy.
On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Yes! If you're a coach with multiple academies, you can switch between them using the academy switcher in the app drawer. Select your active academy to view its sessions, players, and data.
As an academy administrator or coach, go to the Players tab and tap 'Add Player'. You can invite players by email, and they'll receive an invitation to join your academy.
Navigate to the Schedule tab and tap 'Schedule Session'. Fill in the session details (title, date, time, location, max players) and select the players to invite. Notifications will be sent automatically.
Yes! Parents can view their child's sessions, evaluations, attendance, and performance metrics. They can also communicate with coaches and other parents through the messaging system.
After a course ends, coaches can create evaluations for each player. Select the player, choose an evaluation template, score attributes (0-10), add notes, and submit. Players and parents can then view the evaluation report.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data from the system. Contact support if you need help with this process.

Try these steps: 1) Restart the app, 2) Update to the latest version, 3) Clear app cache (Settings > Apps > Academy > Storage > Clear Cache), 4) Reinstall if needed. If the issue persists, email tech@academy.app with details.
Yes. You can export session data, evaluations, and reports from the app. Go to the relevant section and look for the export or share button. You can also contact support for a complete data export.
Contact your academy administrator. They can modify your role (coach, player, parent, admin) and adjust your permissions within the academy settings.
